The Club

StarMont Club is part of StarMont Hotels, Resorts, and Clubs (SHRC). Incorporated in 2017 with the brand StarMont getting trademark registration in hotels and resorts, it got the construction and real estate categories' approval in 2019. It has its headquarters in Mumbai, India.

Banquet Coins

Banquet coins worth 1 lakh rupees as a complimentary to all signature members.
Can be used against property banquet services, and it can be used over a lifetime and multiple times up to the value of coupons.
If not used, no money will be refunded.

Can be used against banquet halls, in-house food and beverages, and services.
Cannot be used in conjunction with third-party services, decorations, events, or outside food, beverages, or alcohol.
Non-transferrable coupons.

Terms & Conditions

Dates of Blackout: December 24th to January 3rd
(No members will be allowed to book rooms on these dates using STC; however, they can book rooms in cash using a 20% discount.)
Can carry forward points up to the next 3 years. You cannot bring forward points from next year’s allocation.
Non-member bookings will be charged 2000 Rs/night (for purple-starred hotels), 1500 Rs (for blue-starred hotels), and 1000 Rs (for gold-starred hotels). above and on the Star Mont coins (STC).
Non-veg food will not be allowed or served in the property.
No pets will be allowed in the property.

Before your first vacation, you must pay a refundable security deposit of Rs. 50000, which will be refunded if you cancel your membership during your lifetime, and against which Rs. 5000 will be given each year.
Any damage or loss to the property due to members' negligence or irresponsible behavior will immediately result in membership cancellation.
In the event of a sale, bankruptcy, loss, natural disaster, government sanctions, or other unforeseen circumstances, money will be refunded as per terms of the plan.
Refunds will be issued in twelve equal monthly installments.

Membership Cancellation

After paying the first installment, any member has 15 days to cancel his membership and receive a full refund.
Members have the option to cancel their membership within the first 3 years with a full refund. After three years, refunds will be processed in 12 equal monthly installments.

GST paid to the government will not be refunded.
Membership discontinues after the amount is refunded.
In case of fire, theft, losses, bankruptcy, discontinuity, or surrender of membership, a fixed refund amount as per the terms will be refunded. Amount will be refunded in 12 equal monthly installments.

KYC

All primary members will have to submit their KYC along with their email ID and mobile number.
Email address and mobile number
Everyone else will be required to submit ID proof.
Every member will receive a membership card, and a complete profile, history, and database will be created.

Benefits of Joining Starmont Club

Membership for up to 6 people (two parents, two kids, and two adults) all from the same family. No brothers or sisters of the primary member will be included.
Can use the STC coins for the next three years.
Can transfer points for bookings for their friends and relatives.
Members can check out up to 2 hours later, subject to availability.
Stay for a day or three; there are no minimum booking requirements.
STC coins are as good as real money; you can book 1 night or 7 nights in a year. You can spend as much as you want.
Book at any time of year: peak season, off-season, long weekends, national holidays, and festivals. Every year, the only blackout date for all members will be 24th December to 3rd January.
20% discount across all services for members
Only a select few will have lifetime membership offers.
There is no need to buy separate memberships for senior citizens.
