Payments: 12 EMI * 49069 = 588820
Deposit for security: 50,000 rupees (refundable).

(Against this, members will receive 5000 coins each year.)

AMC: No AMC
Eligibility: 4 adults + 2 children (14 years old).
Transferable to the primary member's spouse and children (one free transfer).
An additional transfer fee of Rs. 5,000 + GST is levied.
Any changes to the primary members (addition or removal) will cost an additional 15000 Rs + GST.
STC coins: 50000 + 5000 = 55000 coins.
Star Mont coins are worth 55,000 STC.
Every year, 55,000 Star Mont coins will be given to members to spend. If no reservations are made for any particular service, coins cannot be converted to cash.
Star Mont Coins (STC) can be spent across room bookings and stays, all buffet meals, extra people, and extra beds, as well as on certain activities marked with STC.
STC cannot be used to purchase a la carte meals, liquor, beverages, bakery goods, shopping, cafes, spas, or any other third-party product or service.
STC coins cannot be used for entry passes, food, or beverages during events and festivals.
20 percent discount to members on all room bookings/food and beverages/spa services.

A minimum of three nights to a maximum of seven nights, depending on the hotel and plan bookings (meal or no meal) (such as CP and AP plans).
